Student Certificate and Transcript Requests

Dear Students,

You can get your student certificate and transcripts from the counseling services office by showing your ID. For remote requests, you can make your requests via the e-mail address stmfbelgetalep@sakarya.edu.tr (“using the SAU. student e-mail address”).

Requests other than the SAÜ. e-mail address will not be met as per the K.V.K.K.

Only document request transactions are carried out at this e-mail address. (stmfbelgetalep@sakarya.edu.tr) No other transactions are made.

• Our students who continue their education can get their student ID banderol from the counseling services office.
• Our new students can get their student IDs from the counseling services office.
• They can get their Honor and High Honor certificates from the counseling services office.
• You can ask for help from the counseling services office on other issues.
• You can ask the information desk about the items you have forgotten or dropped in our faculty, and return the items you have found here.

The counseling services office is located on the ground floor at the Dean's Office entrance.

Only students of the Art Design and Architecture department can benefit from this service.
